I placed an order about a week ago for some clearanced sandals at teva.com. They were super cheap - like $9.90 a pair for $60-70 sandals. I ordered a bunch! Well, it just so happened that they ran out of stock :( However, here is where Teva really stepped up to the plate. I dealt one on one with a rep there who has helped me sub a different color sandal for the ones that I had ordered at the same price! Most companies usually just cancel your order and apologize, but not Teva! I am so excited about getting these awesome shoes and am ecstatic over their superior customer service! Kudos to Teva!!!!!
